A.E. Rosen is proud to be partnering with J. Luke Construction on building the new warehouse and fabrication center for Alltek Energy Systems in Queensbury. The new 12,000 sq ft facility will fulfill a longstanding need by the HVAC and fire suppression company for the space required to manage existing and future business operations. Financing is being finalized on the $1 million project and construction is expected to begin in June.
